Meet Chef
JOE FRIDAY
Chef Joe Friday was born in North Carolina, United States, raised in Okinawa, Japan, and trained in French Cuisine. Joe graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in New York in Restaurant Management, and started his culinary career at the age of 20, as one of 10 worldwide individuals invited to train at Walt Disney World's culinary program. Joe has cooked all over the world, from staging at French Laundry, to Nobu in Hawaii, to Canoe in Toronto. Friday Burger Company is a culmination of Joe’s experiences over the last two decades and a homage to his favourite meal, the humble burger.
